Sandwich Veggie Reuben
- 4 Slices Rye Bread
- 4 Tbsp Real Mayo
- 1 Pack (100g) Organic Veggie Salami Slices
- 2 Tbsp Sauerkraut
- 4 Slices Organic Vegan Swiss
- 4 Slices Gherkins
- Handful of Baby Arugula Leaves to serve
- Grill the slices of bread until lightly toasted and spread the mayo on one side.
- Top with the sauerkraut, the Veggie Salami Slices, the gherkin slices and the Vegan Cheese.
- Grill until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the grill and add a few arugula leaves for a final peppery touch. Cut in half.
