Avocado & Veggie Black Forest Ham Toast with Microgreens


  • 8 Slices Belgian Style Whole Grain Bread (Toasted)
  • 4 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • 2 Pack (200g) Organic Veggie Black Forest Ham Slices
  • 2 Ripe Avocados Sliced
  • 1 Handful Microgreens

  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Spread both sides of the sandwich with the vegan mayo.
  • Top with the organic veggie Parisian Ham slices and the avocado slices.
  • Finish with the microgreens.

Serve with a hot bowl of soup. We like to use a good quality bread (topped with seeds) for this toast.
Season the avocado slices with salt, pepper and a splash of squeezed lemon to prevent oxydation.
