Avocado & Veggie Black Forest Ham Toast With Microgreens


    Ingredients:

  • ~ 8 Slices Belgian Style Whole Grain Bread ( Toasted)
  • ~ 4 Tbsp Vegan Mayo
  • ~ 2 Pack (200g) Organic Veggie Black Forest Ham Slices
  • ~ 2 Ripe Avocados Sliced
  • ~ 1 Handful Microgreens

Serves: 4

Tips:

Serve with a hot bowl of soup. We like to use a good quality bread (topped with seeds) for this toast.
Season the avocado slices with salt, pepper and a splash of squeezed lemon to prevent oxydation.
Microgreens and stylish and packed with nutrients !
