- At medium heat, sautée the onions, garlic and pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes
- Add the tomato sauce, pinto beans, bbq sauce and oregano. Simmer for 12 minutes
- Add the diced ham and simmer 3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Decorate with fresh cilantro
