Corn Bread with Veggie Ham


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup vegan egg (Nabati)
  • 1 cup plant based milk (we used oat)
  • 1 pack of Alternative Kitchen Organic Veggie Ham (we used the Veggie Black Forest), diced

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients
  2. Add the wet ingredients and mix
  3. Divide the batter into individual muffins and bake at 400F for 15-17 minutes
  4. Serve with Charro Beans


Serving Suggestion : Serve with charro beans or chilli sin carne.
