Italian Pasta Salad with Veggie Salami


  • 225 g Spirals (Naturellement Bio)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 roasted red pepper (cubed)
  • 1 pack of Alternative Kitchen Organic Veggie Salami (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomato pesto (Maison Legrand)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (halved)
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (cubes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil (to decorate)

  1. Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions (see cooking tips below)
  2. Drain the pasta and immediately add the oil + vinegar. Stir well
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine them all together
  4. Decorate with fresh basil

Cooking tips : For pasta salads, we always add 2 more minutes to the manufacturer’s “al dente” cooking time. Pasta will absorb better the flavours and will have the perfect texture once cooled.
