- Wash the potatoes and pick them with a fork. Do not remove the skin
- Wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil
- Bake them in the oven at 375F for 40 minutes OR in your AIR FRYER at Bake 350F for 25 minutes
- Cut the cooked potatoes in half and top immediately with the vegan butter, salt and pepper
- Top with the Charro beans (1/3 cup per potato) and vegan sour cream
- Decorate with the fresh green onions
