Mini Naan Sandwich with Veggie Ham & Carrot-Curcuma Hummus


INGREDIENTS

  • Mini naan (slightly grilled in the toaster)
  • Carrot-Curcuma Hummus (see below)
  • Alternative Kitchen Organic Veggie Bell Pepper Ham
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Salad
  • Microgreens (here Organic Arugula from Micro Plants Robert)

Carrot-Curcuma Hummus : In a blender, mix together 1 can of chick peas (rinsed and drained), 1 carrot chunked, 1 garlic clove, 3 tbsp of tahini, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp of curcuma, salt and pepper to taste.
