Teriyaki Noodles & Vegan Meatballs


  • Chinese noodles
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Veggies (sliced): peppers, carrots, bok choy, broccoli, leeks
  • 4 green onions, sliced (use the white part and reserve the green part for garnish)
  • 1 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack of Alternative Kitchen Vegan Meatballs
  • Sesame seeds and green onions (topping)

Cook the noodles al dente as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oils in a large pan or wok. Add the veggies and the white part of the green onions. Sautée at high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles, Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and meatballs. Sautée for 3-4 minutes.
Top with the sesame seeds and the green onions.
