Texan Salad with Veggie Ham


  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • ¼ cup cooked Black beans
  • ¼ cup red onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup whole kernel corn
  • ¼ cup guacamole
  • ¼ cup Alternative Kitchen Organic Veggie Ham (Bell pepper, diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a big bowl, layer the baby spinach on the bottom
  2. Top with the rest of the ingredients by sections and place the guacamole in the center
  3. Serve with a balsamic vinaigrette and a god warm crusted bread
