- Cut the baguette diagonally to make long slices
- Spread both sides of the toasts with the vegan butter and grill them quickly at medium-high temp (1 to 2 minutes per side)
- Spread with old style mustard
- Garnish with rounds of vegan Truffle Pâté
- Add the grilled mushrooms
