Truffle and Grilled Mushrooms Special


  • Fresh raisin and nuts baguette
  • Vegan butter
  • Old style Mustard (we love Maille)
  • 1 tube of vegan pâté Alternative Kitchen Organic (we used the Truffle)
  • Sautéed mushrooms in olive oil (we used shitake)

  1. Cut the baguette diagonally to make long slices
  2. Spread both sides of the toasts with the vegan butter and grill them quickly at medium-high temp (1 to 2 minutes per side)
  3. Spread with old style mustard
  4. Garnish with rounds of vegan Truffle Pâté
  5. Add the grilled mushrooms

Serving suggestion : Serve with a chilled glass of chilled rosé.
