Vegan Buffalo Veggieballs


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Vegan Meatballs (Alternative Kitchen)
  • Buffalo sauce (combine ¼ cup hot sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp agave syrup, ¼ tsp garlic powder)


Vegan Dip (mix together all the ingredients)

  • 1/2 cup vegan sour cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Fry the Vegan Meatballs in an air fryer at 400F for 3 minutes.
  2. Take the Vegan Meatballs out of the air fryer and mix with the buffalo sauce.
  3. Serve with a vegan dip.


Cooking Tip : If you don’t own an air fryer, you can reheat the vegan meatballs in a frying pan at medium-high.
