- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onions, garlic and spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Jackfruit and vegetable broth. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Shred the Jackfruit pieces using 2 forks.
- Add the tomato sauce and brown sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the vegan meatballs and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serving suggestion : serve with mashed potatoes.
