Vegan Pâté and Gherkins Baguette


INGREDIENTS

  • Baguette fraiche
  • Mayo végane
  • Moutarde de Dijon
  • 1 tube de pâté végane Alternative Kitchen Bio (nous avons utilisé le Classique)
  • Cornichons (on adore les mini croquants de Maille)
  • Roquette fraiche

  1. Cut the baguette lengthwise
  2. Spread one side with the vegan mayo and the other with the Dijon mustard
  3. Garnish with rounds of vegan pâté (we used the Classic)
  4. Add the gherkins and the fresh arugula


Serving suggestion : Serve with a side of veggie pickles.
