Vegan Pâté Bahn Mi


  • Classic submarine bread
  • Vegan mayo
  • Pickled peppers
  • 1 tube of vegan pâté Alternative Kitchen Organic (we used the Classic)
  • Fresh veggie, julienned (we used a mix cabbage, carrots and kale)
  • Fresh coriander

  1. Cut the bread lengthwise
  2. Spread both sides with the vegan mayo
  3. Garnish with rounds of vegan pâté (we used the Classic)
  4. Add the fresh veggies and coriander
  5. Add pickled peppers to taste

Serving suggestion : Serve with more pickled peppers on the side.
