Veggie Breakfast Burrito


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tortilla
  • ½ cup vegan scramble (Nabati)
  • 3 slices of Alternative Kitchen Organic Veggie Ham (Black Forest)
  • Fresh Tomatoes, sliced

  1. In a non stick pan, cook your vegan scramble with a little olive oil at medium heat
  2. Assemble the burrito: top the tortilla with the veggie ham slices and add the vegan scramble and tomato slices. Roll the burrito
  3. Serve with salsa and Tostito cups


Cooking Tips : You can add vegan cheese to your vegan scramble if you like.
