Veggie Ham & Green Beans Mediterranean Toast


INGREDIENTS

  • Rustic country bread loaf slices, toasted (here Boulangerie Ange)
  • White bean puree (please see preparation below)
  • Organic Veggie Pepper Ham (Alternative Kitchen)
  • Green beans and snow peas (boil 3 minutes and sauté with a drizzle of olive oil)
  • Green onions (cut lengthwise)
  • Roasted sliced almonds
  • Micro greens (here Micro Plants Robert)

White bean puree : rinse and drain the canned white beans. In a food processor, puree the white beans with garlic, olive oil, lemon, sage, paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
