Veggie Reuben Sandwich


  • 4 Slices Rye Bread
  • 4 Tbsp Real Mayo
  • 1 Pack (100g) Organic Veggie Salami Slices
  • 2 Tbsp Sauerkraut
  • 4 Slices Organic Vegan Swiss
  • 4 Slices Gherkins
  • Handful of Baby Arugula Leaves to serve

  • Grill the slices of bread until lightly toasted and spread the mayo on one side.
  • Top with the sauerkraut, the Veggie Salami Slices, the gherkin slices and the Vegan Cheese.
  • Grill until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the grill and add a few arugula leaves for a final peppery touch. Cut in half.

For a spicy touch: add a deseeded and finely sliced red chili pepper.
