Sweet Pea Hummus : In a food processor, mix together 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained), 1 cup of sweet peas, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp of pesto (here Maison Legrand Classic Pesto), 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp onion powder, 6 basil leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste.
